Culture of Support


Specialized teams support various aspects of our loan process to provide you with immediate, focused attention to whatever you need. This allows you to enhance customer relationships, expedite processes and engage more clients and agents.
APPRAISAL REVIEW
Underwriters and reviews appraisals to ensure agency and investor guidelines are met.
PRE-SUBMIT
Obtains third party verification prior to loan being submitted to Operations staff.
911 RESOLUTION CENTERS
Our 911 teams are a major reason our loan officers are able to handle large amounts of loans with incredible speed. These departments consist of upper management, customer service, and department managers ready to help you with serious loan issues and emergencies.
LOAN COMMITTEE
No single underwriter can deny a loan. If an underwriter recommends a loan for denial, the file is sent directly to the Loan Committee for review. The Loan Committee then reviews the overall risk of the file and proceeds accordingly.
SERVICING SUPPORT GROUP
Customer service support for borrowers with serviced loans through Movement Mortgage. Processes payments for all Movement Mortgage-serviced loans, and insures salability of trailing documents to investors.
DISCLOSURE
Discloses loan documents including but not limited to: Good Faith Estimate and Truth-in-Lending disclosures for all internal products per state, federal, and Movement Mortgage guidelines.
FIELD SUPPORT
Assists the loan officers with loan scenarios, underwriting, and LOS questions. This team also assists various departments such as Marketing, Secondary, and Compliance.
CONCIERGE
The concierge team provides rock star customer support with friendly, expert representatives who act as liaisons between sales and operations.
